All sponsorships shall include name and logo recognition on all conference materals and signs identifying exhibit booths. You may have one representative per booth. Additional representatives will be charged the regular conference rate. An exhibitor booth will be provided to all sponsors without additional charge.
EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT:
All exhibits are subject to the approval of the Florida Adult Day Care Association. All materials and costs for the exhibit other than provided by the Florida Adult Day Care Association are the responsibility of my firm/organization. The exhibit will be staffed during exposition hours. Neither the Florida Adult Day Care Association nor the Clarion Resort Waterpark and Conference Center can assume any liability or responsibility for any damages), loss or injury to an exhibit or exhibitor, and/or its reprsentatives. The information provide in this agreement is accurate for publication in the conference program. When registering on-line through electronic means, a name entered into the "Signature of Agency Representative" box will be considered an offical signature and will validate this agreement. An actual signature should appear on forms sent through mail.
